We are fully plant based, wholefood and organic. Our meals are gluten free, refined sugars and flours free and we don’t use any processed food. We also have partner with Mothers Delite who specialise in Greek cuisine and they offer all alternatives.

The food is so yummy and doesn’t feel heavy afterward. Feels like my body is nourished . The cocktails/moctails are out of this world . As for the desserts , they are on a different level. It’s hard to believe they are sugar free, gluten free and vegan . The service was so hospitable and welcoming 10/10. I highly recommend , this place is defiantly going to be my regular place to eat . I love this place! The food is completely vegan and is so delicious, healthy and wholesome. The service is exceptionally friendly and warm. The atmosphere is lovely and I enjoyed the Greek music. Friendly staff and owner who explain all about the menu, amazing vegan, organic, no sugar food and enjoyable environment. I have a sweet tooth but didn't felt the need to add sugar even once 👍🏻 We were planning our next visit while still there, definitely coming back to try their others dishes.

Awesome menu and happy to see another vegan restaurant. But this one has a twist which is original and interesting. Suffice to say, again, the food was great. Glad it has a dish/bowl option or a wrap option. Makes it friendly for takeaways. Absolutely loved that the table water is filtered. Why has it taken so long for this concept to take off? It was a perfect combination of flavours and textures that will satisfy any palette. I don't remember the names of the dishes but the taste as we ordered so much. Thinking it won't be filling (couldn't be more wrong) The smoothies and nectar drinks were so delicious it was hard to stop at just one. I had the Zeus bowl on the chef's recommendation and it was absolutely delicious. I'm keen to try pretty much everything on the menu as it all sounds and looks amazing. I'll definitely be going back as the staff were fantastic, and the food was healthy, tasty and affordable. This cafe is definitely filling a gap in the market in Randwick as there aren't any other vegan cafes in the area (at least that I know of!!). Wow!!! The food is delicious, the portions huge and what they do with jackfruit is miraculous (I'm not actually a fan of jackfruit so I was very pleasantly surprised). What’s your signature dish?
Our pant based and organic Greek mousaka dish we called Demeter. We didn’t use the normal potatoes but the sweet potato because it’s Healthier.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We ask the right quotations of the needs of the customer and we can provide either our full pant based food or other options provided by our partners like Mothers Delite. A Greek cuisine.
What do you love most about your job?
My food was my medicine and I love to pass the message on to people through our food which is as healthy as it can be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had many chronic illnesses and trough my food I healed. Now I want to bring awareness to our community. We are what we eat. It’s not hard to eat healthy and not expensive either. Our prices even we are fully organic are serial very reasonable and very competitive.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have brought a totally new concept to food and we would love the support to keep our dream alive. And our food is very healthy and it’s very important we choose the healthy side of our meals. Even our desserts are fully pant based but with no refined sugars or flours. We use few organic dates for sweetener and flours like organic flax seed flour.
