Helly Hoops made contact via phone shortly after my request had been registered by BARK. I found the personal contact was quite reassuring as we were able to discuss our needs as an organisation and what Helly Hoops would be able to provide for us.
Closer to our event, we were easily able to agree on Helly Hoops' time of arrival, which was spot-on. She also easily worked around unforeseen space issues and engaged children ranging in age from 1 year old to teenagers.
Helly Hoops' work with the children displayed genuine enjoyment from all participants and we would definitely have Hell Hoops back to another function for our organisation.

What do you love most about your job?
It's SO FUN! I get to travel, meet new people, hang out with kids all across Australia, and I *always* get to bring the party. What's not to love about that?
What inspired you to start your own business?
After training around the world as a hula hoop performer, I was inspired by the entertainment companies I saw operating in Melbourne. After studying interactive Theatre & Clowning for a year, it was my dream to run my own business as an entertainer, particularly working in children's entertainment. And now, I get to work all over Australia and can barely believe I get to live the life I do!

Yes. I have travelled for work as far as Cloncurry and Hughenden in Queensland's regional areas, all the way to Armidale, Sydney and even back down to Melbourne for work.

I have and am operating with a COVID Safety Plan that I regularly update for new and big events.
