I can not thank Heidelberg Online Florists enough. I recently sent a significant bunch of flowers to one of my parents closest friends, following the loss of her husband. She never received them. It eventually transpired that I had mistakenly sent the flowers to #43, instead of a few doors up. Heidelberg Online florists, at their own time and expense, replaced the flowers and went door knocking until she found the lady the flowers were intended for. I can rate my experience with Heidelberg Online Florist at > 120%. I phoned initially and was greeted in the most friendly and helpful manner. I went online to make my purchase, such an easy process. The flowers were delivered - same day, earlier than I had expected. Absolutely stunning, an amazing display and such excellent value for $$.
