How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients in multiple avenues not just the physical aspect of their training. It’s all about having a overall mindset both mentally and physically. I help my clients achieve their fitness goals the right way, starting from their technique, to their straight, then to target their main area of concern. All done with the correct training and eating program.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Their is no secret. It takes hard work and determination. It’s my job to help my clients to push themselves to their limits in order for them to see results.
What do you love most about your job?
My job has many positives. I love getting messages about how the session went, seeing their results within their own capabilities wether it be lifting heavier or even just being able to do a exercise easier. So many bonuses on watching them grow.

Yes,
I offer online services which remote people can benefit from. This services allows people out of Brisbane to contact me, then we shall do over the phone training using minimal equipment and HIIT based techniques.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Spraying down all equipment, washing hands, not being around anyone else, keeping record of all people I train.
One on one mobile training
Mobile training, I offer at hole services to the client. This can be done in your own home / outdoor space.
Face to face
Face to face training is located in kangaroo point. This service is dedicated those willing to travel to our main outdoor location.
Zoom session
This is for people from interstate or even within Brisbane who like to work out by themselves within their own space. This service is based on FaceTime which I will direct and complete the session with you from the comfort of your home.
