Menopause Nutritionist helping women navigate the change in life so that they can take back control and feel like themselves again, so they can live the second half of their lives healthy, vibrant and strong. My purpose is to empower, educate and inspire women across the menopausal years to achieve health and wellness through self care, now and beyond by addressing 5 pillars of self care.

A healthy diet is extremely important for long term health and wellbeing, however, that only a part of the picture in achieving good health. We address issues with our overall lifestyle to achieve vitality, health and longevity.

I love all aspects of my job, from researching, writing and consulting with clients, the most important thing to me is to provide the best advice for their health that is reliable and evidence based. There are no fads here, all sensible lifestyle advice.

I have had a love of nutrition for most of my life. I was nearing the end of my postgraduate studies in Nutrition, when I found out I was in menopause. I found that there wasn't a lot of information to help women like me, who are often confused and struggling with their symptoms, and totally unaware how important a healthy lifestyle is now for their longterm health and decreasing their risk of disease as they age.

Women rarely take time out for themselves, they are usually the primary caregivers to most of the people in their lives. This will be detrimental for their future health and that is why I focus on helping them navigate the menopause years, now and beyond, by addressing the 5 Pillars of Self Care to help them achieve good health and wellbeing for the second half of their lives.

Services

Initial Consult is 45 minutes where a thorough history is taken and we discuss what your goals or worries are around your menopause and health.

Follow up Consult is 30 minutes where we monitor how you are going and talk about strategies to use next to keep you moving forward to achieve your goals.
