Healthquarters is your headquarters for health and fitness. We offer personal training, small group exercise classes, walking groups, hiking weekends and nutrition coaching. Our classes are run at the Willoughby Netball Courts, Small St, Willoughby, and the walking groups and Personal Training in Sydney's Lower North Shore.

With the gym closing I was keen to keep my fitness up with a PT - came across Healthquarters, they have been so good, flexible, motivating and just fun and easy to work with - highly recommend

It's #1. You are what you eat and your greatest wealth is your health.

By ensuring those goals are realistic and that the client is really committed t achieving them. There is no point in setting a goal if you are not committed to achieving it.

It's all about how important that body is to you. For example, if eating chocolate and drinking wine is more important than achieving the body of your dreams, you won't get there. It comes down to the individual and the feeling and desire they have for that body!

My love for health and fitness. I have been involved in some form of health and fitness my whole life, so I chose to follow my natural path and do what I love.

I am committed to the cause! I have been involved in the health and fitness industry my whole life. I live and breathe it and am passionate about continuing to learn and be the best trainer I can be.

Services

Personal training for individuals or small groups. Personal training allows the trainer to focus the session purely on your training goals.

We offer outdoor group training for women. These classes specialise in women's fitness and include:
x-training, strength classes and boxing.

Our BoxFIT boxing classes are for everyone looking for some boxing fitness. A boxing cardio class incorporating strength and core exercises.

X-training is a mixed class incorporating strength and cardio exercises which may include boxing.

Our StrengthFIT class is a strength fitness class incorporating weights resistance, bodyweight exercises and cardio exercises to get your body burning.

Designed for pregnant women and/or those who have recently had a baby to work on core abdominals and safe exercises for pregnancy.

Weight loss programs and one-on-one nutrition consultations are provided by a trained nutritionist.
