Q&As

I believe education and motivation are the key to achieving fitness goals. I enjoy learning new concepts while also teaching others about health, fitness and wellness and this is a big part of what I have to offer to all clients. With each program I perscribe, there is an explaination as to why I design it in that way and when clients understand the reasoning behind each aspect, they are more likely achieve their goals. Motivation also plays a huge role, therefore I try and make all programs as enjoyable as possible because exercise should not feel like a task that must be done, it should be something to look forward to and something that makes your feel great.

Having a routine that you enjoy. Fitness is a journey not a race, and having balance is what makes it enjoyable. Having both nutrition and a exercise routine will show you results and help you achieve your goals. The biggest hurdle I found was finding this balance and I now want to help others achieve this.

I love the feeling of making a difference in someone’s life and helping them achieve their goals. I do this by working together to find the perfect routine and what is suitable for each individual client.

A few years ago when I was starting my own fitness journey I seeked help from multiple personal trainers at different points. Each time there was always something missing in the service they were each offering or feeling like I was just another client they would offer a template program. I saw this gap in the market and wanted to start my own business where I can ensure every client have all specific needs and wants met.

I have a passion for health and fitness and want to be apart of your journey. With over 150 hours of Clinical Exercise Physiology experience, working with clients with a range of different injuries and illness and currently working at Fitness First Australia, I believe I have the skills and knowledge to suit your needs.

Of course! Everyone has a preference as to how they train and I’m here to cater for you. At the moment I have 3 different services you can choose from including an online program where you will recieve a full exercise program with just as much help and information as if we were training together.

All services have been adjusted in line with the current health advice.

Personalised online training program at the comfort of your own home. Perfect for lockdown, if you don't have access to a gym or just prefer to exercise at home! includes detailed exercises and 24/7 communication with me.

Don't know what to eat? This program is perfect for you! Includes a detailed program with healthy and delicious recipes, full macronutrient information, tips and advice.

HIIT style training session using a mixture of equipment, suitable for a group of up to 5 people. Sessions can be altered to the preference of the group. Package deals are also available.
