Q&As

After a chat through the phone and/or email, we set up our first meeting for a chat (maybe a coffee). The first meeting is an informal one and it is not charged. This meeting will make sure that I provide the services that you are looking for in a Personal Trainer/Exercise Physiologist. Then, we are going to have our first session. This session basically consists of a pre exercise screening (with medical history, SMART goals and so on) and physical (body fat & muscle % measurements) & fitness assessments. Based on this first session I will most probably have a clear picture of how I can help you to reach your goals in the safest and most efficient way possible. This session is complementary. The reason that this session is complementary is because we do not exercise at the first session and this can create a "feeling" of wasted time. I know for a fact that this session is essential to the success of our training regime, however, I decided to not to charge to make the clients feel more comfortable with the fact that they will not be exercising and their time is worth attending it. After that we will start our expert training program and reach whatever goals you/we set up.

Possibly, nevertheless, preferably face to face. I have a studio at my place and I believe I can help people in a better way if we meet in person. I could have online sessions however it depends on the time of the session as well as how much it will cost.

I set up a full preventive COVID-19 plan. Things such as, cleaning equipment after every single person use it, using masks while training clients and applying social distancing (1,5m), are some of the actions used by me during my sessions.
