Hi. My name is Sia.
I am is a registered Clinical Counsellor and Psychotherapist (through PACFA) with experience working with both teens & adults over the past 4 years.

I am passionate about promoting a deeper understanding of mental health and supporting people through their unique challenges. I recognise that we all face difficulties at different times throughout our lives and I work with each individual to create positive change.

I provide a caring, supportive, and non-judgmental environment, and believe that seeking help is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength, wisdom, and a movement toward self-awareness; a process which invariably leads to happier and healthier lives.

My treatment approach is integrative, which means I focuse on finding the right fit for the client by utilising skills and techniques from evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help people navigate through their individual issues. Amongst this, I can also provide treatment by Somatic Therapies and Schema Therapy.

I have a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and a Masters in Psychotherapy. Furthermore, I am a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach, as well as having Nutritionist certificates. I am also bilingual (Greek) and am First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis trained, with a Working with Childrens Check.
