Ah Jess. What can I say? I’ve been working with Jess for 3+ years now and I love it! Jess has worked with me through -a wrist injury, covid lockdowns (where she managed to adapt my program to at home and online all at once) and most recently a back injury where she worked with my physio to ensure that my program suited my recovery. Jess is so easy to work with- pushing me when needed, and ensuring she gets the best out of me.
