How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
This depends. Certain people can function well on what would be considered an 'unhealthy' diet. Others who eat a 'very healthy' diet have ongoing issues. Each person is different, and it's essential to understand what eating style works best for them. Shame and guilt over food can create worse problems than an inadequate diet.

People. And the celebrating the challenges they overcome.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To learn. The more I learn the more I realise that the wisest people I meet are my clients.
