Food is great. Beers are great. Woman at the bar was incredibly rude. We were there to have a meal after a relatives funeral , and had booked a week in advance for a group of 20. We asked the woman at the bar where we would be sitting and she could not have been any more rude. She said she didn’t know how she would accomodate such a large group. She treated us like a huge inconvenience. We informed her we had a booking and she started talking to another customer about how she is ‘trying to keep a smile’ on her face , directing the comment at us. I’ll repeat - we had a booking. Thanks to her , we felt incredibly unwelcome , after an already emotional day. The food is incredible , selection of German beers is great. I won’t make another booking at this club because customers seem to be an inconvenience to staff. More...
