We recently left our much loved Baby #4 with the team at Hahndorf Dog Retreat. Poppet is a real cuddle monkey who comes everywhere with us so all the care and love, updates and pics really helped reassure that she was being looked after by people who genuinely care for dogs. She was well tended and had cuddles and bum scratches on tap, warm blankets and dog coats ( we forgot to bring hers as didn’t think it would be so chilly in October!). Thank you Heidi and team! We would highly recommend Hahndorf Dog Retreat. They looked after our two toy poodles while we were away and they did a fabulous job. The staff are very friendly and it was clear to us that they took care of our babies with joy and love in their hearts. We couldnt be happier with the service provided by “Harhndorf Dog Retreat” staff. Our dog is in great condition and looked relaxed and happy after his first stay at the dog retreat. The staff answered our email enquires promptly before his stay followed by updates on Facebook during his weekly stay. We were more anxious than our dog. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. We recently had the privilege to have our 3 dogs have their first holiday at the New Hahndorf Dog Retreat. We were very nervous but Heidi and her sister, who are the new owners, made us and our dogs feel as though we were a part of the family. They kept us updated on the progress of our pets but most importantly our dogs loved it there and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Nothing was too hard for them and I would definitely recommend for anybody to give this new Dog Retreat a go for your next pups holiday. More...
