What’s your signature dish?
Not sure we a signature dish but cooking all proteins to perfection.
We have extensive vegetarian/vegan menus now.
We do a lot of Asian theme events canapés functions, most of our foods are Gluten Free now.
We also doing some in house slow cooked/smoking with grass fed briskets.
