After a 25 year career in fitness that ended with a two-year contract with Nike, I moved back from London to Australia to become a qualified coach and leadership facilitator.

Helping people pick up balls and join dots. Everyone as part of human nature wants to be better and I recognise that high performance is possible in everyone, but from time-to-time, we get interference. This interference can be physical or mental, so having an awareness can help us move past it and into action. It's that journey I'm passionate about helping others with.

I had done a lot in my fitness career, but when I started studying in the self-development space, I knew I had a more holistic offering for training and coaching.

Life can be challenging at times and there's a certain resilience needed to be able to bend before you break. I knew I could help people be more confident with steering through the whitewater in the knowledge the rough times don't last forever.

I'm an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), so you know you're working with someone who has an officially-sanctioned accreditation from the leading professional coaching accreditation in the world. It also means we follow strict professional guidelines that we abide by including a code of conduct that includes doing our very best to help our clients every time.

Because of my diary, the sessions are conducted online only.

Our 60-minute sessions can be conducted face-to-face via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or FaceTime.


This process is designed to get you moving closer to where you want to be. I typically work through a 'Triple A' process - Awareness, Acceptance and Action.

Understanding how you're fronting up in the workplace and dealing with pressure requires a 'work on me first' approach.

Our sessions uncover how you deal with work pressures, with strategy given around stress, time management, feedback, psychological safety and developing a more constructive personal leadership style.
