How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We provide safe, simple, fun and varied group exercise programs designed to lose a few kilos and increase your fitness levels. We do this by supporting you every step of the way throughout your journey.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
That's simple, forget about everything you've been taught in the past. Instead, start to focus on changing your behaviours around food and exercise. Build better behaviours and the rest well that takes care of itself.
What do you love most about your job?
The smiles, laughter and social aspect of my job. I get to spend many sunrises with people I genuinely care about helping.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With 3 young children, I wanted to be able to create a business around my family's needs. Additionally, I have a deep love of sports and fitness. I love moving, keeping active and being outdoors. So naturally, I wanted to create a lifestyle around all my loves in life.
I couldn't see myself doing anything else really.
