Graze Craze is the innovator in an attractive food trend sweeping the nation known as "Grazing". Grazing allows people the flexibility to eat an entire meal or small portions of food during the course of the day. The grazing style of eating provides you and your guests with a diverse meal plan in the form of a charcuterie style grazing box, platter or table that meets the individual needs and wants of everyone's personal palate and diet, in relation to those who may have special health or medical eating requirements.

What’s your signature dish?
Our signature board is the Gone Grazey ‘Classic’. This popular board consists of a variety of cured meats, cheeses, colourful fruit and vegetables with a touch of something sweet!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have standard charcuterie boards on our menu, but can cater to all special dietary requirements depending on each client. We have the ‘Vegegrazian’ for those vegetarian grazers, but can also create custom boards for clients who might be celiac, or have specific allergies.
If a client has an upcoming event, we’ll be happy to sit down with them to find out exactly what it is they’re trying to achieve and what their needs might be.
What do you love most about your job?
There’s nothing better than delivering our boards to a client’s event or seeing the satisfaction on peoples’ faces when they come to collect an order for a party they’re catering for.
We’re here to save people time, and take the stress out of having to organise food for the masses!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Graze Craze is a franchise that was actually founded in the US. After its success, we decided to bring the brand to Australia to capture the corporate and private event catering market, as well as providing our charcuterie boards for those just simply looking to celebrate an event.
Why should our clients choose you?
All of our boards are prepared to order. We take the hassle out of catering for an event or celebration. Our clients don’t need to worry about special dietary requirements or what to put on a menu. Using Graze Craze is convenient, we offer great variety, healthy options and personalisation.

Orders can be placed both in-store, by telephone or online via our website www.grazecraze.com.au. If a client has a large scale event, we’ll be happy to come out on-site or meet in person to discuss their requirements.
