I've been training with Gray for nearly 18 months and it's been an excellent experience. I'd been putting off gym for a very long time and Gray helped me feel comfortable in the gym, showed me how to use all the equipment and kept things interesting with a wide variety of different exercises.
Gray's sessions and food plans have helped me go from 86kg down to as low as 72kg. This has been lifechanging for me. My back pain is completely gone and I feel much more sure of myself and comfortable in my own skin.
Gray's motivation has always kept me going strong with my fitness and I know for sure I would not be able to get myself out of bed and into the gym at 5:30am on my own. Gray's always there to ring my apartment buzzer whether I want to get up or not!
Gray's rates are also very reasonable, particularly if you choose to pay for a ten or twenty pack. I always feel I get my value and as with all exercise, you get out what you put in. I can't stress enough how much Gray's training has helped me out :)

Grahame has been training my son David for over a year now. each work out is new and enjoyable, some of the exercises are, hiking, yoga, rock climbing and strength training.
Grahame ensures all exercises are safe to avoid injuries. He is punctual and enthusiastic. My son has gained strength and confidence from seeing Grahame. I highly recommend Grahame as a personal trainer.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Completing health waivers and questionnaire to develop trainings, based on their needs and requests. Frequent check-ins and develop further ways to improve where required.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Following food and training plans with consistent record keeping. These then allow for comparisons and knowing, where to make necessary changes for further growth.
What do you love most about your job?
Makes me happy, allows me to take the time to develop good structure and help client execute more performance in their trainings.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Setting own hrs, being own boss and taking full responsibility for the purposes of helping clients succeed.

Yes. Trainings are offered both online and in person subject, to clients location in person as well.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Frequent cleaning of equipment after each use. Equipment is always inspected where required as well.
