I found working with Rob to be excellent. He is very easy to work with and I always found him to be calm, personable, upbeat & positive and professional.
He helped me work through & map out key strengths, in terms of career history, and he coached me through interviewing skills, as an interviewee, rather than an interviewer.
He has a deep understanding of the pitfalls and the power of story telling to highlight strengths. We finished up with a mock interview scenario that pulled together all the learnings, which I found very helpful.
When I met Rob, I had a need to sharpen these skills up, and by the end I felt satisfied that Rob provided me what I was after. I would recommend Rob as a career coach to anyone who is looking for an un-biased perspective to understand more about how a career coach can help them in the career.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people find career happiness. I am inspired by coaching people to understand themselves, their strengths, their career choices and together finding a path that will lead them to being happy in their career. This inevitably leads to a much happier life.
My experience has taught me that there are 3 reasons why people aren't happy in their jobs. These are:
1. They are in the wrong job / career,
2. They are in the right job / career but with the wrong employer,
3. They want to accelerate their career to higher levels by becoming great leaders BUT don't know how to go about it.

What inspired you to start your own business?
After a 22 year career in the Education Sector that started in teaching and ended in senior management roles I wanted to get back to my life purpose of having a positive impact on peoples lives and careers.
