I highly recommend Gareth to all - his food was just perfect and he catered for all dietry requirements of my guests.
The best bit? When the night was over, my kitchen was sparkling and there wasn't a single thing I needed to clean or put away!

Gareth prepared and served a beautiful meal for my 40th Birthday. He was so easy to deal with and communicated everything clearly. The meal was absolutely delicious and plated beautifully and portions were very generous. Everything was cleaned up and I didn’t need to do a single thing! Best experience by far, when my husband organised 'Fork It' to cater a private Spanish themed dinner at home for my birthday. The food was beyond delicious... the tapas were divine, the paella was the best i have ever had & the churros were mmmm so good. Was wonderful being able to fine dine in the comfort of our own home & drink Sangria, whilst our baby was asleep in bed. Can not thank Gareth enough for making my birthday one I'll never forget. What’s your signature dish?
I can turn my hand to most thinks I love a good old fashion roast dinner but I do love a making a big fat pan of chicken chorizo pealla.

Making the customer happy. And waiting fir that moment when the table goes silent and everyone talks with their eyes and smiles.
