Nichole looked after our fur baby recently for a week while we moved house. I so appreciated the thorough meet-and-greet a few days prior, it left us feeling very reassured by Nicholes professionalism that Yumi would be in great hands. Rupert (my Dachshund) had bad separation anxiety and was very stubborn when it came to training, thanks to Nichole (and Chris) not only does he actually listen to instructions but he is the happiest dog when he is in their care.
She takes them to the beach, walks, triples and even cuddles with the doggos showing how much love and care she has for every single dog.
Before leaving him over night for the first time Nichole went through questions about Rupert and might’ve over loaded her with so much information but it reassured me everything will be fine, she sent so many photos of him playing with other dogs it melted my heart
He goes there every week for a sleepover being so flexible with times, he gets so excited we rock up to her house, It’s Amazing! Thank you so much :)

There is no one else I would trust my boys to stay with other than Nichole. The true love and care she showed my boys as well as me (stressed mum) was beyond 5 stars.
The daily videos, photos and voice notes instantly put my mind at ease knowing my boys were having the best time (this is with one of my boys dealing with separation anxiety). There were moments I thought they wouldn’t want to come home after all their adventure days.
I highly recommend Nichole and For The Love Of Paws to anyone wanting to get away knowing their fur kids are well looked after as if they were her own!!

Nichole and Chris from For the love of Paws are the ultimate professional dog sitters. My Pomeranian, Bear has stayed with them these last few weeks and had the time of his life. He was so well looked after and made lots of new doggie friends. They sent me lots of photos and videos of Bear which were delightful. He received so much love and kindness. A fantastic experience for me and my two whippets. Nichole is very kind and caring to the pups and gave me total peace of mind while I was away from my dogs. I would not hesitate to engage Nichole’s services again and I’m sure my two will be very happy to visit again. A great touch to the experience was being gifted with a couple of framed paw paintings she did with my dogs. It made for a really special token when I picked them up. I really want to thank nicole for looking after DASH on our holiday to Sydney. Your reports and photos kept me happy the whole time as I really love DASH and miss him when I go away.
I know nicole and Chris loved DASH because when I got back DASH was prancing, like he is king and was on a holiday himself.
I do know the difference from past experiences when I have left DASH with others, how DASH came back to me, whimpering and showed fear, so I just want to say, I know you love animals because you treated DASH the same way I do. I will always be happy to recommend you.

For the Love of Paws Doggy Care provides a really professional and caring service. We left out little Jack Russel in Nichole’s care for 4 days. She was extremely thorough in trying to understand the dog and his needs and behaviour so she could accommodate him and make his stay as enjoyable as possible. There is nowhere I trust as much as Nicole too look after my princess jasmine. Nicole and Chris go above and beyond to love ,care for and entertain Jasmine every time she holidays there . Nothing is too much trouble . I asked Nicole to give Jasmine her medication and specific diet etc and it was all followed to the tee. I never ever feel concerned Jasmine will miss me as her life is 20 times better at Nicole’s then home . It’s fun fun fun for her ! Could not recommend enough. Nicole is the absolute best!
She made my dog and I feel very welcome and cared for. She made sure she knew everything about my dog well before the day I dropped him off.
It was so nice to be able to be out for the whole day and know that my dog was in the best hands.
She even puts a tracker tag on your dog in case they ran away. (And a diper for accidents😂) 😱

What do you love most about your job?
I love developing a personal connection with each individual dog during their stay. Seeing how their confidence grows in a new environment or with a little extra training is incredibly rewarding.
I love getting to know each individual’s personality- especially funny antics and little quirks. It reminds me to explore the joy in the everyday through their beautiful happy eyes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have loved dogs since a child; as an adult I would often day dream about a day where I could combine that love with a sustainable business.
The opportunity to care for my colleague's Italian greyhound over one Christmas was the catalyst I needed to start making this thought into a reality.
My passion for dogs is what contributes to the success of For the Love of Paws Doggy Care. I take great pride in providing a specialty service where owners can feel their dogs are truly living their best lives while being away.
Why should our clients choose you?
• Specialty care as there are only ever small numbers of dogs cared for at any one time
• Good manners encouraged to prevent your pupper picking up naughty habits!
• Your pupper will go home clean and smelling beautiful
• We offer flexibility with pick up and drop off times
• A very comprehensive meet and greet interview is conducted so I can get to know your dog very well before their stay. This gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
• Security cameras to keep an eye on everything, GPS trackers attached to the collar in case they do a runner, and a fenced yard for safe play and sun baking.
• We offer fun day trips to the beach, park, lakes, etc for extra mental stimulation
• Rainy day enrichment activities for energy release if we can't go for a walk
• I will spam you with photos and videos as much as you like
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I conduct meet and greet interviews in our yard where there is space to social distance should it be required.
Pick ups and drop offs can also be arranged to happen outside.
Dog Hosting in a Family Home Environment
