After seeking recommendations from the Coorparoo Community FB page for a private chef for a special milestone wedding anniversary dinner for friends, we chose Jan. She met us at home to scope out the cooking facilities, and proposed a range of great menu options that we were able to pick from for the special night. On the evening, she arrived a couple of hours early and worked hard to create a spectacular grazing table as the starter. This was followed by another couple of courses, and finished with a delicious array of options for dessert. Her food was fresh, local, delicious and presented beautifully. She took the time to explain what everything was and to give an overview of ingredients: obviously passionate about local food and suppliers. Jan is the real deal and her presence in our kitchen added a wonderful vibe to a very special night for our besties that we will all remember for a long time. Can’t recommend Jan highly enough.
