I provide creative, fun, purpose driven programs for my clients. I listen to their needs and health and fitness goals while also spending time assessing their bodies to determine what strengths or weaknesses they have. I aim to work on the client's weaknesses while also focusing on their strengths in order to maximise their training outcome. It is through a wide variety of fitness training techniques, that clients' can benefit from a wholistic and effective exercise regime.

Accept yourself as you are first and foremost. Someones dream body may not be realistic due to our many different body types. It is best to work with your own body type and while strengthening your weaknesses, also focus on your strengths and allow challenges to motivate you more! Continue on your journey to "your dream body", but remembering that you are an individual with a unique body that is your own.

Meeting new people and discovering what i can help them with. I enjoy helping people find their "muscles" and finding new ways to move. I love to push people beyond their comfort zones, as well as showing others that it is safe to exercise after they have had some time off, especially after injury.

I enjoy being a business owner and working for myself. I can run my business the way that suits me and i can be myself!

I am highly experienced, certified and a very personable trainer. My training style is creative, fun, specific to your needs (not the same workouts for everyone), varies every session and you will receive the utmost professionalism and quality from me.
I can provide you with your own training program when your on your own and guide you with nutrition.

I prefer to have face to face sessions with my clients.

I have had my Covid 19 vaccinations which are up to date and i follow protocols where they are required.
No face to face training if a client is unwell
