Started training with them outside only due to my gym being closed due to COVID-19. Was worried about them it having enough weights and so on, but have actually gotten loads more results from them than my gym so will be keeping it up forever!

We believe that 'everything in moderation' and creating long-lasting small changes to your lifestyle is the key. Regular exercise is very important, but if you've never done much exercise before, you should be starting out slowly and building your way up from there. We will treat you as an individual and help you plan for your unique lifestyle, as well as giving sensible, scientifically-backed nutrition advice.

We’re Australia-wide, so we have Trainers of all different personalities and skills around the country, so we’re bound to have one that’s the perfect fit for you. There are however a few things all of our Trainers have in common; they are down-to-earth, passionate about health and fitness, knowledgeable, friendly and have passed Fitness Enhancement’s stringent selection process to join, and remain a part of our very selective team.

Our CEO Scott Hunt opened Fitness Enhancement in Nerang on the Gold Coast in 1999. After years of being involved with Gyms and Martial Arts Scott realised that the majority of people didn’t actually like Gyms! Sure they liked being fit and healthy, but they hated the crowds, fashion statements, judgemental looks, boring workouts, time commitments and macho Personal Trainers. Scott developed Fitness Enhancement’s “100% private Personal Training Studios” to solve these problems. Scott is dedicated to not only employing the best Personal Trainers on the Gold Coast and Brisbane, but Personal Trainers that are friendly and down to earth. So unlike at a Gym, our Personal Trainers are not muscle men that check themselves out in the mirror, they are dedicated to your goals.

We can give you the best workouts because Personal Training is all about YOU. Even the best Gyms don’t know or understand your personal goals because big Gyms have over 5,000 members. They won’t even remember your name, let alone your goals. You deserve more attention than that!

At Fitness Enhancement, your Personal Training program will be as unique as you are, you will never be just another number. Your program will be 100% designed for you and your unique goals and requirements.

All of our Trainers are fully qualified, insured, experienced, and registered to ensure ongoing education and continuous improvement. We believe it’s important to have a Personal Trainer you can relate to and enjoy a chat with. It is so important that you feel comfortable with them. When it comes to your health and safety, we believe you should deal with the most qualified and experienced Personal Trainers you can find.


We can come to you in-home, outdoors, work, park or beach of your choice anywhere you like. Your male or female Mobile Personal Trainer will bring all the fitness equipment you need to shed the kilos and become the fittest you’ve ever been in your life.

When you train with us it’s 100% private – just you and your Personal Trainer in your own reserved training room. Our trainers will have you looking and feeling your best with sessions that are 100% focused on you. Our private studio is nothing like a regular Gym. Your Personal Trainer will have all equipment ready for your session, all you need to worry about is turning up. We cater to all ages, injuries and abilities

Physical activity is important for everyone, no matter their limitations. Fitness Enhancement works with the NDIA across Australia to implement NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) funded Personal Training Sessions to participants who qualify.

At Fitness Enhancement our PT8 Group Personal Training sessions are capped at just 8 people. Our small group size ensures your Trainer can cater every session to each and every participant. You will still get personal attention and motivation, but for a fraction of the cost of one on one Personal Training.

We customise every session around your company and your employees. Our qualified and experienced Personal Trainers have the skills to ensure your staff get a session designed to their needs – whether they sit at a desk, are on their feet, or are physically active all day.

Personal Training should always be ‘personal’, so that's why we have a variety of options available that include a mix of completely LIVE sessions with you, daily check-ins and advice, as well as access to an on-demand online resource centre, so you’ll never find yourself without the perfect plan.

Many people worry about starting exercise once they reach a certain point, because they think they are ‘too old’ to start. The truth is; it’s NEVER too late to start exercising with a seniors Personal Trainer. Every single time you exercise you are doing good for your mind and body – even if it just starts out at a very low intensity. Regular exercise, particularly exercise combining resistance training with cardiovascular conditioning can help with a whole host of age related issues. While we can’t STOP the process of aging, we can certainly slow down the decline!
