Been a member for a while now. But have been disappointed for a while. Firstly I had issues with them updating my payment details, I tried contacting them for 3 months asking them to update my payment details and not only was I ignored but they continued to overdraw an account I was trying to close. After about 3 months they rectified their mistake only after I had the bank block their auto payments did someone contact me about the payments and never once offered to reimburse me for the bank fees and late fees for this 3 month saga. And now I’m trying to cancel my membership. And have been told I will have to make a further two payments for a membership I have cancelled. (As of writing this my membership has not been cancelled but in the next few days this will be relevant) Well I guess that’s another bank I’ll have to get to block their automated payment system. All that aside, the staff are generally friendly, the Morwell gym is small but has everything you need if you know what you’re doing. Unfortunately not a wide range of fitness classes and the gym is manned for very long. Even with the positives, I still wouldn’t recommend. More...
