FISA Immigration

I had a very bad experience with Fisa Immigration. I had Frank to help me out with my paperwork. The first three month communication was great! . As we were reaching our three month we couldn't get some few documents done on time my husband and I have to leave the country. A day before our depart Frank personally said on the phone that when we arrived back in Australia we will continue our process but when we land back in Australia. I try to contact Frank and I also had pay Frank the full amount $4800 but ever seen my husband and I came back Frank had ignore my phone call, my email and my message. Now thanks to Frank that cause me to have depression for the last 6 month stressing why Frank ignored me. I done all the document that Frank want us to do and i have been given Frank update on everything but i got nothing reply back. I waited week after week but nothing. Now still I couldn't get to Frank. All I want is to Frank to pay me back my $2000 that he didn't process my paperwork for me which I had done myself. I would not recommend this service to anyone as I did give it to alot of people in my community of how wonderful this agent is but now I do not recommend at all. More...

I still haven't hired Frank from FISA, but I was impressed with the quick response soon after I filled out the form online he rang me .
And that alone deserves five stars ! He is compassionate and has given some advice regarding my future to be wife .
I will hire him once the international borders open again. More...
