I'll be honest - I was super nervous about a photoshoot I had booked. I am not used to getting my photo taken, I looked at heaps of different photographers but I am SO HAPPY I went with my gut and booked Kara! What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Definitely light. You can use a million dollar camera but if the light is insufficient, the results will vary. Knowing your equipment is a good one too.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
To create an inspiration board. Words can only get you so far, visuals are everything.
What do you love most about your job?
The connection the people. To make relax in front of my lens and to get genuine smiles :)
What inspired you to start your own business?
We live in the age of digital and everyone is online. Even small businesses require good photos and I want to help facilitate that.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a very broad skillset; online marketing, videography, content creation and ideas that are outside of any box. For me, there is no box.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I don't shake hands anymore! I also advise my clients that if they're sick the project has to be postponed.
