Sharon is the single most helpful broker I have had the pleasure to encounter and work with. I had some challenging circumstances to work with and Sharon has been nothing short of amazing.
From initial contact, clearly articulating what I would need to do and when through to working closely with me to get the loan approved (conditional approval in 24 hours and unconditional approval in 1 week), through Covid-19, was just incredible, especially when I had heard from a number of Real Estate agents that approvals were taking 28 - 60 days to obtain!
I honestly cannot recommend Sharon enough and suggest that anyone, challenging circumstances or not, contacts him and follows his advice. You will not be disappointed.

Recently, Sharon has helped us to purchase our dream home! It was an unexpected very last minute thing for us as we weren't really looking but found this place the day it was taken off the market!
!

What do you love most about your job?
There is nothing more satisfying than putting clients into home loans and making dreams come true. The majority of my clients never thought a home loan was possible, so making the impossible possible gives me great job satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Flexibility and taking control of my work environment. I have clients from all walks of life living across Australia, working in my own business gives me more time to focus on clients without the negatives of working for a large company
Why should our clients choose you?
I love a challenge and getting things done, if I say I’m going to call you back I do. Applying for a home loan can be stressful I try and take that stress away from my clients. I have a range of lenders both inside the traditional box and outside specialising in niche lending.

My work is all online, due to Covid-19 we have adapted our systems to cater for clients in remote areas as well as metro. We have simplified the processes to make it as easy as possible to get into their dream home.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As we can work remotely our Client's have no exposure to Covid - 19 as we do not need to meet face to face.
Prime Home Loans
Our professional staff are experienced, well trained and fully equipped with the latest broker software. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about. If you already have an existing home loan, does it still suit your changing needs? Could you benefit from refinancing? We can help review your current home loan and discuss some of the other options available based on your current financial needs.
Home Loan Refinance
Be sure to find out what your existing loan is costing you and compare that with whatever refinancing you are offered. Also compare features of the new and old loans and factor in changeover costs.
Debt Consolidation Loans
Debt consolidation loans work by letting you bring debts from different credit accounts together so you can pay them off with one rate and one set of fees.
Non Conforming Home Loans
These categories of loans are for clients that do not meet standard lending criteria – up to 95% LVR lend for bad credit and also discharged bankrupts / part 9 applicants in high population areas
Low Doc Loans
If you do not fit into the Banks format for Self Employed, then you may have already found that finding a home loan can be difficult. We have low doc loans for both clean credit and credit impaired for Purchase, Refinance, Debt Consolidation, Cash Out, Vacant Land and Construction Loans for Residential Zoned Properties. Alternative verification of income can include either Accountant to verify, 6 months of lodged BAS statements or 3>6 months of business bank statements or a combination of any 3 to apply for a Self Employed Home Loan.
