F45 Midvale is more than just a gym with classes, it's a team of people that becomes a family that work hard together to achieve their goals. The owner is amazing and 100% supportive in and out of the studio, encouraging of all members all of the time. The team of trainers, led by the legend himself Jay, are incredible and help push you to achieve your goals and so much more! The studio itself is massive (so you don’t have to work out all over each other) and is so well maintained and the equipment is always so clean - huge bonus! I cannot fault a single thing about this place and haven’t been happier since I made the choice to join the F45 Midvale family just over a year ago. From someone who has never loved the gym and never stuck to a membership, I can definitely say that F45 midvale is the best! ! It’s worth the money and it’s worth the hour round trip the trainers are awesome, the classes are fun... I couldn’t recommend it enough More...
