F45 Training Goulburn

I returned to F45 after a 12 month break and I'm so glad to be back to see all the friendly faces and trainers. I'm the sort of person that feels uncomfortable at gyms but F45 isn't that way at all, I feel comfortable / welcome there. I have been doing studio classes and the new at home on demand workouts. This morning I wasn't sure if I could turn up to the afternoon class so I did an on demand class at home before I went to work. The convenience of having this option ensured I completed a class without the worry of not knowing if I could make it to the afternoon in studio class. Thanks guys, im so happy to be back More...
