I love the friendly staff and the fact that if one area is busy you can go upstairs and find a quiet area. There are so many machines it’s fantastic. My one and only gripe is that the tv screens everywhere only have Fox News or Sky which are both Murdock owned and l despise the man. F-Fitness Lismore is by far the biggest and best gym in Lismore with a lot of variety of equipment to choose from. Give it a go and you thank yourself.

Great facility with best machines and friendly helpful staff open 24/7 awesome music plays through out classes good especially boxing and the clients are friendly always say hello highly recommend for all ages
