What do you love most about your job?
when we first meet our prospective customers, they are have often called us in after a break-in, or invasion. They are really worried about their safety and security, and sometimes are very stressed. What I love is that when i go through what I can do for them , and eventually install their security systems, they are relaxed and happy. This give me immense gratification knowing that I have truely helped someone to feel safe again.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to beat burglars and prevent them from breaking into people homes and stealing their belongings.
Why should our clients choose you?
My focus is to find out all about what is worrying the customers, offer options to help solve their issues and give good advise on the pro's and con's of those options. Then when we get together again with my quote, we go over all the things we spoke about and decide on a way forward. I don't push people into something that is not good for them. My customers can make informed decisions on fact.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
No, sorry. We are a hands on company , so we need to visit the customer to see exactly what their needs are and how we are going to fit the security system, and then install the equipment. This is not something that can be done on line.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We avoid close contact with customers. Where necessary, we will wear surgical masks when we cant social distance, and of course, sanitise regularly.

Our CCTV systems utilise cameras of different megapixels and fixed or vari-focal lenses, which are selected based upon the application and the result the client desires. We also have cameras that have pre-recorded messages to let visitors or intruders know that they have been detected.
