Hi,
I am Elle and I am a Clinical hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner helping people overcome addiction.
I have a strong passion for helping others who are struggling with their health, weight & addictions. As well as working with people to help them to manage their cravings, emotional eating & stress.
Because emotions and physical symptoms are interrelated it is important to work with the emotional body and physical body in combination. I understand as a therapist it is important to be non-judgmental and when things don’t go as planned in life, when you fall of the wagon I gently guide you back on track whilst being caring as possible.
