I would recommend ENZED Fitness 1000 times, and a 1000 times again. There’s nowhere else I’d rather train! The goals I’ve reached both physically and mentally are beyond anything I could’ve dreamt. It’s the first place I’ve trained where you’re not just a number, it’s not like training in a big gym, it’s personal, it’s a little family. I had an amazing experience at an introductory session with Ty. The venue has been expertly designed both functionally and creatively. Nathan is a fantastic personal trainer who listens to his clients needs and helps them to achieve their goals. He is also a fantastic and caring human being!
