What inspired you to start your own business?

In July 2022 we were travelling in Spain for a month, we knew about the market business in Sydney and we wanted to start on our own.
Bocadillos are very famous all over Spain, but especially in Valencia. There is a tradition of having a bocadillo with coffee and orange juice in the morning, so that's where our idea came from.
