We can’t recommend Emily from Emily Jean Events more highly. Not wanting to spend an eye-watering amount on ‘one day’, our wedding budget was small but sensible. After speaking to Emily , we opted for ‘on the day’ coordination and we are really glad we did. Small cost weddings mean that you have to do most work yourselves and after spending so long planning and working on it, we wanted the day to be one we could relax into, rather than rushing to get last minute jobs done. What do you love most about your job?
The biggest thing I love about my job is being able to curate an event that celebrates love and the love story between two people. The relationships we create with our clients, vendors and venues are a bonus - Each day is exciting and we still pinch ourselves everyday that we have the best job in the world!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our Managing Director, Emily, founded Emily Jean Events to create a personalised wedding and event planning experience for her clients as she wanted to be physically involved behind the scenes, rather than the typical venue coordinator experience.

Yes we can - Thanks to zoom and google meet platforms! No matter where you are we make it work, whether it be Sydney, Hong Kong, Italy, Country NSW, or in Western Australia!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are a registered COVID safe business. We create a COVID safety plan for each and every event (as required by law). Consultations are by appointment only and all appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance
Wedding Planning
Planning a wedding can be very stressful, frustrating and quite a time consuming process. It's seriously not for everybody!
At Emily Jean Events we aim to take the stress and frustration away from the wedding planning process. That's why we offer three types of wedding planning services - Full wedding planning, partial wedding planning and our Ultimate Wedding Planning service. Each of these services provides you with your own dedicated wedding planner who will work and communicate with you throughout the whole process.
After your first consultation your wedding planner will invite you to log in to your client portal where you will have your own access to your wedding planning progress. Too often many brides are left hanging and stressed after hiring a wedding planner, this is mainly due to the inconsistent communication and lack of update on the progress of their wedding.
Emily Jean Events will provide peace of mind while planning your big day, leaving you with less stress and more freedom.

Sometimes things just don't go as planned. That's just one of life's great uncertainties!

Whether is a wedding, birthday party, conference or social celebration there will always be something that has been overlooked or is uncontrollable.
Emily Jean Events offer On The Day Coordination services to help with the smooth running of your event. You will have your own dedicated event coordinator who will meet with you a month out from your event, go over all the finer details and conduct final confirmations with your vendors.
On the day of your event we coordinate the logistics to make sure that all those sleepless nights and months of planning runs exactly how you intend.
Your event coordinator will take care of it all, from a month prior to the end of the night.
Event Planning
Whether it's a birthday party or a corporate function Emily Jean Events have your event planning needs sorted. ​

You will have your own dedicated event planner who will work with you to create the event you envision. You have the final say over all the details, we are purely there to bring it all together and create a memorable experience for you and your guests.
Whatever the nature of your event Emily Jean Events will work tirelessly to bring it all together. Leaving you with the headspace to enjoy the event.

Our event management service is quite a different service to our event planning service. Think of event planning as a creative service and event management as an outsourcing management service.
Our event management service is a much more detailed and complex service for companies and entrepreneurs looking to outsource their event management. We work on much more intricate events ensuring that they are compliant with any health and safety regulations, securing sponsorship and partners, promoting and marketing the event and ticketing and registration strategies.
