Embrace Fitness and Wellbeing

I went to the same gym classes and the same place for years and never thought I would go anywhere else. When that place shut the doors I was heartbroken and convinced I would never find somewhere even close to it. Then I tried Embrace, with no expectation just an open mind and heart. I honestly could not have been more pleasantly surprised and happy, the staff and people at Embrace are nothing short of wonderful. Everything about it is amazing and I already, in this short amount of time I have been there, feel like I’m kicking personal goals and continue to be inspired. Having never joined a gym, of any type, I was a ball of nerves walking into Embrace. As soon as I was greeted at reception those nerves subsided. Embrace is honestly such a great place, the environment and people are so welcoming! The ladies running the classes are accommodating to new comers and are really supportive. I've now been a member here for a few weeks and am absolutely loving it! We are blessed to have such a great establishment here in Morwell More...
