I have achieved:
• my overall fitness goal of 4 x 5km jogs in around 41 mins in week 11 (from not jogging at all)
• regular replacement of alcoholic drinks with alternatives and non-alcoholic versions
• 5kg weight loss
• doubled my regular water intake
• attending regular Metafit classes
• feeling fitter and healthier and proud of my progress
• determination to keep going

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By helping clients to identify what is realistic and achievable for them with regards to their age, injuries, disabilities or any other factors that need to be taken into account for exercise programming. Helping clients to determine what is most important to them ( eg, muscle toning, weight loss, cardio fitness)
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Being healthy and happy within yourself and setting realistic goals based on your own perception of this - rather than other individuals or societies !
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people I enjoy establishing rapport and helping people to feel "at ease" whilst assisting them with various things.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Freedom and autonomy and the ability to be creative in providing a holistic service that caters to peoples various needs ( in particular, combining my skills in the areas of physical and mental health)

Yes. I can provide my services via zoom and / or Facetime and like to provide services to people in remote areas.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Provision of services online. Group fitness sessions were offered 1 on 1 during periods of lockdowns.
Observing data related to an increase in anxiety and mental health issues as a result of COVID and the shortages of Psychologists and Counsellors that are available for appointments. I think Bark is a great platform for service providers such as mine to reach people in need.
Health and Wellness Coaching
Coaching packages comprise of 6 sessions over a 3 month period where we focus on areas of health and wellness that clients deem to be most important. This may be physical fitness, emotional regulation, positive relationships, nutrition and mental health - among other things. Clients are encouraged and assisted to set small and achievable goals and to create sustainable habits that will improve their overall quality of life.
Personal Training
Fitness assessments and exercise programming - tailor made to a clients needs. Specialising in over 40's fitness.
Counselling
Clients are provided with a safe place to talk about whatever is important to them. Clients are assisted in identifying their strengths to enable them to better manage life's challenges.
