Paperwork only - You get all the legal components for getting married without a ceremony.

This is great for those of you who want absolutely NO FUSS or who will be having a separate ceremony either overseas or on a later date.

Getting legally married overseas can sometimes be quite expensive and difficult, you have to navigate through their legal systems to figure out what you need to do.

Having your ceremony in an exotic location like Bali or Hawaii or wherever your dreams lead you, doesn’t mean that you need to get ‘legally married’ in that country. Alternatively, you can have your ceremony (technically called a Commitment Ceremony) in your desired location, and we can do the legal paperwork to solemnise your marriage in the comfort of your own home.

This process requires 2 meetings –
In the first meeting we begin the legal paperwork. We complete the Notice of Intended Marriage, including sighting of ID documents.

We talk through the process and book in your Marriage date.

The second meeting is your Marriage date. This is when you officially get married.

All legal components to solemnise a marriage occur during this meeting, including legal wording and signing the certificates.

Please note that you must have 2 witnesses present during this meeting, witnesses to be arranged by the couple.

Note – That there is a 1 month notice period, this is a legal requirement for all marriages within Australia.
What does this mean?
From the date that you submit the Notice of Intended Marriage to me (the Authorised Celebrant) your Marriage date can occur a minimum of 1 month later.

What's Included;
- You get all the legal components for getting married without a ceremony.
- You get the commemorative certificate on the marriage date and it is placed in a beautiful black frame.
- Official Certificate is ordered on your behalf, this will be posted to you from Births, Deaths and Marriages and usually takes approximately 2 weeks to arrive.
- My travel is included within the Sydney and Greater Western Sydney area.

For couples who want a beautiful elopement ceremony without all the extravagance of a wedding ceremony.

Elopement ceremonies are intimate ceremonies that are beautifully delivered by a vibrant Marriage Celebrant. It is basically a condensed version of a wedding ceremony. It includes all the legal components for solemnising a marriage as well as the aspects you would expect within a ceremony, including;
- Ring Exchange

- Personalised Vows (if desired)
- First Kiss

Note that elopement ceremonies are usually for couples who want a super chilled atmosphere, and guests are limited to 20 people.

As this is a condenses version of a wedding ceremony, ceremony length is approximately 10 minutes.

Music is not included or usually desired for an elopement ceremony.

Instead of beginning the ceremony with the traditional ‘bride walking down the aisle’, we keep it more intimate and simply gather together in the desired location and conduct the ceremony.
