Amazing! She helped me develop an eating plan to help with my thyroid eye disease and in conjunction with medication was able to bring it under control . Thank you Emily . 5 out of 5 stars

Q&As

It is absolutely crucial - food is where we get all of our vitamins and minerals that we need to function. I often hear people say "what's the point of eating healthy? We're all going to die one day anyway, I might as well enjoy my life while I'm here!". To this I say, yes I agree, however... The point of eating healthy isn't to extend your life, it's to give you more energy to do whatever you want so that you can actually enjoy your life!

I love seeing the results - I ask clients to rate their experiences each session to monitor progress, such as with pain, stress, anxiety and energy (e.g. they could rate their energy as 4/10).

One client always sticks out in my mind, they rated their rheumatoid arthritis pain as a 9/10 the first session they met me and were very frustrated with day-to-day activities, and after following their treatment plan were rating it a mere 3/10 2 weeks later. This is the kind of result that really makes me believe in what I do and keeps me going.

Nutrition is an unregulated, new sector in the natural health world. That means there isn't a lot of people actually hiring for it. I wanted to help people on a personal level rather than in the public health sector, so I started my own business and haven't looked back.

My treatment plans are unique to every individual. I don't do cookie-cutter treatment plans for specific conditions, I look at the person in front of me and determine what I think they need as a whole. One condition can often be managed in many different ways, and the best way for you will likely be completely different to someone else with the same diagnosis.

Services

The initial consultation is a data-gathering session involving the practitioner asking questions about your diet, lifestyle, in-depth personal and family medical history, goals, motivations, and more.

With this information, the practitioner gives you advice and handouts you can use right away. After some more research, an in-depth treatment plan will then created and emailed to you within 24-48 hours for you to follow before your follow-up consultation to check progress and adjust the plan if need be.

About 2 weeks after your initial consultation, you will be asked to return so that the practitioner can evaluate your progress and make adjustments to your treatment plan if certain things aren't working.

If you were given a diet diary to fill out after the initial consult, the practitioner can review this and suggest changes you can make to improve your diet to align with your goals, or a meal plan can be provided at a lower cost than a standalone meal plan if you want something concrete to follow.

An acute follow up consult is perfect for those who have had their initial and a 45min follow-up consult and may require minor changes, have questions or need accountability along the way.

On requesting this, a questionnaire will be sent out asking about your current diet and dietary preferences. Once this is complete, I will evaluate your response and create a personalised diet plan for you.

This is beneficial for those who may have a mixture of dietary restrictions (e.g. keto diet, dairy free and allergy to peanuts and shellfish) and are finding it difficult to locate recipes that tick all the boxes - it will save you a lot of time and energy in this instance. It's also good for those who just want something foolproof to follow.

The above prices are full price. If you request a meal plan during a consultation they will be half price.
