What do you love most about your job?
I love developing extremely effective connections with students, providing instruction that specifically meets their identified educational needs, and seeing them develop confidence in their ability to learn and progress. Watching assessment results improve is also very satisfying. Hearing students say, "Why hasn't anyone ever taught me like this before?" is very powerful feedback.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business when I recognised the need for students who felt left behind at school to access personalised and targeted support. I also identified a need for both students and their parents to receive tangible evidence of progress being made.
