Dear Eric I want to thank your team for undertaking our move yesterday. They are phenomenal I am so impressed and inspired by the pride they take in doing an excellent job. Their unfailing good spirits even when they were bone tired. Nothing was too hard. So kind and considerate of us and of each other! The team work- outstanding Honestly we were blown away and so grateful to have had the opportunity to meet a set of amazing human beings My personal thanks to Santiago- I am so impressed by this man, I will take some of his attitude to my work place. ( strong kind brilliant leader) We had a very difficult job, but performed with such excellence, care and dedication. Nothing was too much for them. I will never use any other removal service. ## CAUTION ## Be very wary of fake reviews, the 5 stars tricked us too!! If anyone would like supporting evidence, feel free to email me and i would be happy to send it through. Eric has blocked me on facebook so i cannot post evidence of him firstly admitting to dropping my 75" 4k LG TV and then refusing to come to an agreement (even after offering to "forget" about the rest of the damages) before refusing to communicate at all. I was told that all of our items wouldn't fit in the storage shed and when i said "it will fit", i was told that was "bullshit". This was after Eric had kept pushing back the drop off time and asking to do it 'tomorrow' and as a result i was forced to drive an hour across Brisbane late at night (finding a babysitter for my sleeping 1 year old) to load up my ute. When i went back the next day and loaded the storage shed properly, there was ample room. I expressed this frustration to Eric and he said "let's not make a big deal out of it hey?". There is over $3000 worth of damage and I have undeniable evidence that it was Eric and his team, including audio and email AND sms of his admission to damages aswell as his team not telling him.
