to start most jobs I would need to know the scope of the project, the time-line, clients likes and dislikes, is the project going to be printed and if so what is the budget (is there room for luxurious finishes?), what is the urgency on print delivery? (this affects my choice of printer to achieve the deadline)

creating things that excite my clients and makes them happy

I have been in business for 17 years and at that time there was no similar business in the region.
