What do you love most about your job?
We love designing Luxury Houses with our projects featured in Grand Designs Australia and magazines. We also have experience dealing with education and industrial projects
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have operated as a small business with projects in Sydney as well as overseas. I am inspired to work closely with clients from the initial concept through to the completed building.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our office has followed government recommendations and we are open to working with the client if they have specific requirements
Feasibility Analysis
undertake a design and planning review against council controls, organise meetings with council to confirm the design is suitable for the site.
Concept Design
 Finalise brief with client.
 Site analysis including digital photography and surrounds.
 Undertake preliminary analysis of authority regulations and requirements.
 Provide preliminary concept sketches.
 Consultation with authorities regarding site analysis and site services including obtaining at the client’s cost a sewer service diagram.
 Attendance at up to two design meetings
Design development
 Develop design sketches to incorporate client comments providing more detailed CAD plans and elevations.
 Initial site calculations.
 Pre DA meeting and/or consultation with Council (if required).
Development Application Stage
 Site plan with calculations.
 Prepare detailed plans, elevations and cross section.
 Notification Plans.
 Shadow Diagrams.
 Environmental Site Management Plan.
 Waste Management Plan.
 3D Photomontage (if required).
 Schedule of External Finishes.
 Provide appropriate number of copies for submission to Council.
 Coordinate with consultants as necessary and implement consultant’s information into Development Application drawings.
 Attendance at up to two planning meetings.
Town Planning
Preparation of Statement of Environmental Effects including review of Council controls and development standards against the design brief, meetings with Council. preparation of report for Council submission
