We saw DogFX for the first time today and were so happy. Not only did they fit us in within the week, but they were fantastic with my highly anxious dog who has had past grooming trauma. I saw firsthand how gentle they are with the dogs and I left feeling such a sense of relief that I had found a fantastic new salon. We initially contacted DogFX as our salon couldn’t see us until after Christmas but we will be a regular customer now (even though we live 25 minutes away). Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Ps. 100% would recommend DogFX and particularly Meagan. My little girl Tilly will only be groomed with Meagan, she makes her feel comfortable and her groom is always exactly what I ask for. Meagan is accomodating to my needs where I don’t want Tilly put in a crate, she will always do a start to finish with Tilly so she doesn’t become anxious and she always smells so clean when I get her back. Wouldn’t take Tilly now to anyone else. More...
