Ken and the team have been caring for my difficult Airedale for 4 years. In that time she has been taught obedience and is now so calm. Ken and his crew are amazing and my Dog is so excited when she is picked up - being alone most of the day was not ideal and Dog Concierge have simply been wonderful. Totally recommend them. More...

My Labrador has been walking with Dog Concierge for more than 12 months.
He is always excited to be picked up to go on his walks and then comes home happy and exhausted.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

!!! DONT USE THIS SERVICE

I just heard a heap of barking outside my window, so I looked outside to see this dog walker going back to her van.
Some of the dogs where able to jump into the van and the ones that couldn't this lady yanked on their leads choking them by their collars and swung the poor dogs into the van!! Lazy and disgusting behaviour! I'm sure if she thinks that's okay to be doing she would be doing other abusive things to these poor pups.

This woman needs to be fired, absolutely disgusting behaviour from anyone, let alone a dog walker to abusing peoples dogs like this.

Dog Concierge collected a client's dog from my boarding kennel this morning. He arrived with at least four unrestrained dogs (a large dog and some small/medium oodle types) in the back of a Caddie - the operator had to physically push the dogs back in while putting the belongings of my client's dog in the van. He then opened the sliding side door of the Caddie and a couple of dogs jumped out - he picked them up and literally threw them back into the van. He then took my client's dog from me and pushed him into the Caddy with all the other unrestrained dogs. Unfortunately there is no Code of Practice applying to "dog walkers", however the Code that my business operates under requires dogs to be restrained and physically separated whilst being transported. The danger of dog fights, dogs escaping and dogs being injured or killed during a collision or while escaping the aftermath are surely sufficient reason for transporters to observe a duty of care. I was disgusted at the lack of professional responsibility shown. This area of the pet care industry needs serious investigation and regulations established. More...
