What’s your interior design process?
The first step is always auditing how my client lives and what is falling short in their current space. Once we have established a list of all the needs and wants of the space we begin to explore layout options before compiling potential finishes and fittings. Communication is always at the core of the design process and clients are kept in the loop throughout the design process.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
Disko caters to all design styles. We believe the hallmark of a skilled designer is being able to work with the brief and deliver something amazing. From Hamptons to Mid-Centry Modern to Japandi; Disko can work with your preferred design style.
What do you love most about your job?
No two days are alike; the field of Interior Design means you have to be able to juggle many tasks at once and have an expansive knowledge of almost everything without a home. Working on projects that push the limits always excited me as I love a challenge.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having control of my own business allows me to deliver exceptional experiences to my clients. Right from the first meeting through to project delivery, we have full oversight and can work to deliver a cohesive and high-quality finish.

We offer a full-service design package that includes, detailed scheduled, photorealistic 3D renders and pride ourselves on accurately documenting details for all trades involved in your project. We detail everything from cabinetry to lighting plans and furniture right down to hinge and light switch selection.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We offer both online and in-person services. We find it is often easier to meet and communicate face to face but if our clients would like a combination of online or remote services then we can accommodate that.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We continue to monitor and manage our workplace practices in line with Government recommendations.
