In 2019 we bought a very run down business fully intending to do a complete revamp and turn it around. We did this by bringing the best people and companies in their chosen field on board, asking them to give us their 100%.
Digital Kick was selected from a shortlist to manage our total rebrand from start to finish. We wanted an all new look that reflected our modern, updated approach to working with our clients and the services we offer.
Apart from the rebranded logo design, signage and colours, Digital Kick was also tasked with an all new website design that had to reflect the quality of our business but was also be informative and super easy for our clients to navigate. Importantly, from a business perspective, the website had to produce growth in online sales which have since increased 5 fold! The website makes it so easy for our clients to "want to buy."
Our business is now on page 1 of Google and at the top of all the relevant searches so we know Digital Kick is continuously working hard on SEO for us.
A solid Social Media presence is so important and again I wanted Digital Kick to take care of this too. We are now at the forefront of people's minds across all the platforms.
Email marketing? I wanted results...again Digital Kick!

What makes a great website?
There are a number of things that make a great website. However, one thing on its own won't do the trick. You need a modern, easy-to-navigate, mobile responsive website that will bring you more business and push you up the Google rankings. You need great SEO, killer content, the right images. All of these things need to be balanced correctly as you only have one chance to make a great first impression!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
At Digital Kick we understand that every business is unique, so we don't have a 'one size fits all' mentality. We sit down or schedule a call with you, listen to your needs and together we determine the best path forward to suit your business.
Describe your creative process.
This varies from project to project. If someone has certain boundaries to work within then that obviously determines how creative we can get. We always sit down (or have a call!) to figure out your needs and wants, and then we get creative!
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
This depends on the project. But as a starting point, we like to see ideas of what you like but also what you don't like and this includes things like colours, layouts, fonts etc. We want to make sure that everyone is on the same page!
What do you love most about your job?
Marketing your business is our passion. We love what we do and get a kick out of seeing your business get results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have an eye for detail and a passion for marketing. And I love what I do! Having worked in the marketing industry for over 9 years and then freelancing a little, I decided it was time to jump in with both feet and help people get their businesses off the ground. I love working with small to medium businesses and seeing them kick goals!
