What do you love most about your job?
My passion in life is supporting others both in business and in the community. I have worked both in the corporate world and for small businesses. Small businesses are the backbone of this country my corporate training assist small businesses to compete and excel.
What inspired you to start your own business?
On leaving the corporate world I set about to support small businesses. With over 30 years of experience in retail, I love to work with independents to thrive. I was apporached by manufacturers and Importers, I had worked with, to support their growth.
Why should our clients choose you?
My experience in many different areas and extensive training over the years has given me a broader understanding of the market. My international experience adds to my expertise.

Mentoring can be all done online saving time and money for the clients. with the digital tools available today there are many options to explore. Zoom/skype/ facetime/ WhatsApp/ WeChat/ Teams and more. I do like where possible to visit the premises at least once.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Working online eliminates all exposure options. With retailers, it is important to see the operation from time to time. On these occasions, I only attend if feeling 100% and wear a mask at all times in the store.
Depending on the type and size of store recommendations for them will vary.
