Mitch was just simply perfect..it was refreshing to finally get someone who knew what he was doing, for a change!!! after getting 6 different quotes from various others cctv installers, I decided to go with Dawson Tech. ..he wasn t the cheapest but wasn t the most expensive either...Contacted him twice and he sent me a quote and all documentations for me to read and to understand what system I was getting..and after doing some research on my own on the camera and system ,I contacted him so he could come and see my house...which he did within a few days. He came and we agreed on where to install the camera and after a hand shake, deal was made...he came 2 weeks later and install everything within a few hours..Fabulous! he set up the NVR hard drive on my lounge TV and install the App on my iPhone and iPad and within 30 mins we were all done...he left the place as he found it ,nice and clean....definitely very happy with Mitch services and would definitely use him again for any electronical, cctv, antenna works....he even repaired our antenna which was buggered by the Foxtel people when they install Foxtel....we couldn't get any local free view channels before but now we got them all....and for no extra cost...Mitch was a friendly ,professional guy and I definitely recommend him...Thank you Dawson Tech....10 out of 10 More...
